2027 Photography Internships
Clarkson Creative Photography seeks to add two highly motivated, creative interns to our team. These individuals must possess a robust photography skill set, be comfortable traveling, and have industry experience. These intensive internships are based in Denver, CO, and begin in January 2027 and conclude at the end of June 2027.

Duties and Responsibilities
Travel often, both individually and as part of a team, to photograph/edit NCAA Championships, Mountain West Championships & and more.
Photograph local professional and collegiate sporting events for various clients.
Assist with archiving, tagging, and organizing all photo assets on NCAA Photos Photoshelter.
Work with and provide support to clients on our internal platforms.
Provide customer service for internal NCAA & Mountain West employees, and member institutions.
Scanning and archiving of legacy assignments as time allows.
Assist the social media manager with content creation for our social media accounts.
Requirements
Two years of working experience as a photographer with an emphasis in sports photography.
Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
Above-average knowledge of macOS.
Proficiency with Photoshop, PhotoMechanic, Lightroom, and live FTP transmission.
Willing and able to work well with other employees in a team environment.
Reliable automobile transportation and insurance.
Relocation to the Denver Metroplex for the duration of the internship.
Able to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays, etc.) and travel for assignments.
Physically able to work long hours at times and sometimes in inclement weather conditions.
Desired Qualifications
Comfortable working and troubleshooting independently.
Strong organizational skills.
Possesses a basic photographic kit that includes DSLR or professional mirrorless camera(s), wide and medium-length lenses, and accessories (not required).
Experience with longer lenses (ex: 300mm & 200-400mm)
Personable, understanding that our clients deserve excellent service at all times.
Has a positive attitude, sense of humor, and curiosity.
Maintains a desire to learn.
Reliable, punctual, and capable of following instructions.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects at a time.
Experience shooting and editing video.
